Metal Fabricator / Marine Welder / Machinist

Bayliss Boatworks is seeking passionate individuals to join our team and help us build the world’s finest custom sportfishing yachts. Whether you're coming from a different industry or already have experience in boatbuilding, we want to hear from you. We're looking for talented and driven individuals who are ready to apply their skills in a new and exciting way.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proficiently perform TIG/MIG welding and work with Aluminum and Stainless Steel in the fabrication of custom yacht components.
• Apply fabrication, machining, and welding skills to produce high-quality, precise parts.
• Operate CNC mills and other machinery when needed (experience with CNC is a plus).
• Pay close attention to detail, ensuring that every piece meets our high standards of excellence.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience across multiple disciplines, preferably including welding, fabrication, and machining.
• Proficiency in TIG/MIG welding and working with Aluminum and Stainless Steel.
• Experience with CNC mills is a plus, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Boat, marine, or yacht experience is not required; we value transferable skills from all industries.
