KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS:

• Ability to read and follow specification sheets and drawings.
• Ensures all parts are in direct compliance with ICS's quality standards.
• Certified on all equipment resident in the metal department.
• Delivers all fabricated parts to the assembly line, on time, properly marked and within quality standards.
• Uses metal tape measure to verify first and last part formed on the sheer or brake.
• Produces accessory parts, trim pieces and small assembly parts when directed to do so by team lea or supervisor.
• Continually performs 5S throughout the metal department.
• Adheres to all policies, rules, regulations set forth by supervisor and manager.
• Contributes to the completion of milestones associated with specific projects relating to training and development.

Qualifications

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Display the ability to safely handle all metal parts.
• Display the ability to lift and carry 50lbs.
• Ability to work safely around heavy machinery and heavy equipment.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• High school Diploma, GED
• One month manufacturing experience or similar experience to metal fabrication and standards.
