Each group is equipped with adequate tools for their work
Assemble components of electrical distribution equipment per drawings
Properly utilize common shop tools and equipment
Accurately measure in 1/32” increments
Perform quality and safety inspections on parts, orders, and equipment
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Complete other duties as assigned
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong attention to detail
Ability to perform assembly operations with minimal training
Self-motivated and able to work well in a team environment
Proficiency with hand tools and power tools
Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division with fractions)
Commitment to quality standards and workplace safety
Ability to read mechanical drawings and electrical schematics
Familiarity with AutoCAD prints/drawings
Computer literacy
Prior contractor, assembly, wiring, or fabrication experience
Willingness to travel occasionally (less than 5%)
