Metal Fabricator

Shift: 1st Shift | Mon-Thur 8am to 6:30pm | Friday overtime

Pay: $18.00

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Metal Fabricator to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for fabricating, assembling, and finishing metal components while maintaining quality and safety standards in a fast-paced production environment. Candidates should have strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work with fabrication equipment and hand tools.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and fabrication drawings
• Measure, cut, bend, grind, and assemble metal materials to specifications
• Operate fabrication equipment such as presses, grinders, saws, welders, and hand tools
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy standards are met
• Perform basic machine setup and adjustments as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines
• Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
• Assist with material handling and moving fabricated parts throughout the facility
• Report equipment issues or production concerns to management promptly

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous metal fabrication experience

• Ability to read tape measures and use precision measuring tools

• Basic blueprint reading skills preferred

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods

• Strong attendance and reliability required

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

• Welding experience is a plus
