Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine the appropriate fabrication processes.
• Operate various metalworking machinery, including saws, shears, and welding equipment.
• Measure and cut metal materials to specified dimensions.
• Assemble metal components using welding, soldering, or other fastening techniques.
• Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and product quality.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment and report any issues to management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in metal fabrication is a plus.
• Proven experience as a metal fabricator or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of metalworking techniques and machinery.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
