Location: Richmond, VA & Ashland, VA

Shift: 1st Shift & 2nd Shift

Pay: Competitive, based on experience

We are seeking a skilled Metal Fabricator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with metal materials, reading blueprints, operating fabrication equipment, and producing quality parts and components according to specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings
• Measure, cut, shape, and assemble metal components
• Operate fabrication equipment such as saws, shears, brakes, presses, grinders, and drills
• Perform welding, grinding, and finishing work as needed
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Follow production schedules and meet productivity goals
• Use measuring tools such as tape measures, calipers, and micrometers
• Assist with material handling and inventory control when needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in metal fabrication, manufacturing, or a related field
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Welding experience is a plus
