💰 Pay Rate: $16.84/hr

🕒 Schedule: Monday - Friday | 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM

What You'll Do:

✅ Layout and fabricate baseplates, brackets, structural components, and copper bus assemblies

✅ Punch, drill, tap, and modify materials according to specifications

✅ Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, work instructions, and product drawings

✅ Follow detailed fabrication procedures and manufacturing processes

✅ Ensure products meet quality standards and customer requirements

✅ Maintain production schedules and delivery commitments

✅ Comply with all company quality policies and safety procedures

✅ Participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives

✅ Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership

✅ Work overtime as needed to support production demands

What We're Looking For:

✔ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

✔ Mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail

✔ Experience using fabrication tools, drills, punches, and measuring equipment preferred

✔ Ability to follow detailed instructions and quality standards

✔ Strong work ethic, reliability, and team-oriented attitude

✔ Manufacturing or fabrication experience is a plus
