Metal Fabrication/CNC Operator:

**Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities 

**

• Machining, CNC Lathe and Mill
• Metal Forming, Press Brake and Rolls
• Any skills and duties specific to the areas above will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.
• CNC Machine Programming
• Coordinate each Machine Center within the Automated Metal Prep Area to Maximize Efficiency and
• Develop Machine Operation Standards to Optimize Machine Uptime and Minimize Tool Wear or Breakage. This would include documenting optimized machine specific parameters.
• Training of employees on CNC Machinery for department growth.
• Responsible for researching new tooling, techniques, fluids, methods of improvement.
• Maintaining Tooling, Fabrication Programs
• Machine Maintenance
• Correct design issues and concerns drawing correctness and manufacturability issues.

**Technical Skills & Qualifications

**

• 3 years’ experience
• High School degree or equivalent
• Measure and inspect finished products using standard measuring instruments like calipers and tape measures to ensure they meet dimensional accuracy and quality standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints and able to understand technical requirements
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, email)
• Driven self-starter with a positive attitude
• Good interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently or as a team
• Able to be on your feet, bend, or occasionally climb short ladder
• Able to lift / move 50 lbs.
• Able to work minimum of 40 hours and work OT as needed

**Full time 1st

shift, Pay Range:$36-$39/hr.**
