Job Overview:

Job title: Metal Control Coordinator

Location: West Whiteland, PA

Using advanced metals chemistry, you’ll help tackle the world’s biggest challenges - cutting emissions, powering modern life and supporting life‑saving technologies - by applying, refining and recycling metals that matter for a healthier, more sustainable, circular future.

The role:

  • Oversee the customer refining stream, managing the receipt, inspection and tracking of refining materials

  • Coordinate daily priorities with production and supply chain to ensure efficient workflow and working capital management

  • Track refining lot progress and communicate status, issues and timelines to stakeholders

  • Ensure accurate documentation, weighing and recording of all metal transactions

  • Prepare and manage materials and documentation for external processing

  • Support metal control activities including inventory movements, cycle counts and loss/gain investigations

Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:

  • Experience in supply chain within a manufacturing environment, with exposure to inventory or shipping processes

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work across production, logistics and commercial teams

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems such as MRP platforms

  • Good problem solving, prioritization and time management skills

  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment

  • Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, quality and safety standards
