Pay: $60–$105 per hour, depending on experience
Per Diem: $65–$120 per day, subject to eligibility

We are seeking an experienced MEP Manager to support a major data center or large-scale construction project in Texas. This is a contract opportunity suited to a professional with strong mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and systems coordination experience within mission-critical, industrial, healthcare, commercial, or large-scale construction environments.
The successful candidate will coordinate MEP design, installation, quality, commissioning readiness, subcontractor performance, and field execution to ensure successful delivery of complex building systems.
• Manage MEP coordination across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, controls, and related building systems.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Superintendents, trade contractors, engineers, vendors, commissioning teams, and client representatives.
• Review drawings, specifications, shop drawings, submittals, RFIs, equipment schedules, and installation plans.
• Support constructability reviews, clash resolution, sequencing, logistics, and system integration.
• Monitor MEP progress against the project schedule and identify risks that may impact delivery.
• Coordinate inspections, testing, commissioning readiness, punch lists, and turnover documentation.
• Ensure MEP work is completed in line with project specifications, codes, safety requirements, quality standards, and client expectations.
• Support issue resolution relating to equipment, installation, design coordination, commissioning, and field conflicts.
• Maintain accurate MEP progress reports, meeting notes, action trackers, and project documentation.
• Previous experience as an MEP Manager, MEP Coordinator, Mechanical Manager, Electrical Manager, or Building Services Manager on large-scale projects.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, controls, and commissioning processes.
• Experience with data centers, mission-critical, healthcare, industrial, semiconductor, commercial, or other complex MEP-heavy projects is highly desirable.
• Ability to review and interpret MEP drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs, equipment schedules, and coordination documents.
• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, trade coordination, safety, quality, and commissioning requirements.
• Experience with BIM coordination, Navisworks, Revit, Procore, Bluebeam, or similar tools is advantageous.
• Strong communication, coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Texas for the duration of the contract.
