We’re hiring Diesel Mechanics for our Rosemount, MN location!

Job Site Repair is a family-owned and operated truck repair shop with 36+ years in business. We’re looking for dependable mechanics who want a stable, long-term career working on medium-duty diesel and gas-powered trucks.

We welcome both experienced diesel mechanics and entry-level candidates with automotive or diesel training who are ready to grow their skills.

What You’ll Work On

Medium-duty diesel trucks
Medium-duty gas trucks
Commercial trucks
Fleet trucks and vehicles

What You’ll Do

Diagnose and repair diesel and gas-powered trucks
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
Diagnose and repair fuel systems
Perform brake, suspension, steering, and drivetrain repairs
Perform inspections and preventative maintenance
Troubleshoot and repair fleet vehicles
Complete repairs accurately and efficiently

Schedule

Evening/2nd Shift
Monday–Friday
No weekends

What We’re Looking For

Diesel or truck repair experience preferred
Automotive repair experience or diesel/automotive education considered
Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
Dependable and motivated
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver’s license
Ability to pass a background check
