• Document assembly processes and quality checks accurately.
• Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve production issues.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with safety regulations.
• Train new team members on assembly techniques and quality assurance practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in a related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in medical assembly or quality assurance preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting.
• Ability to lift and move materials as needed.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
