Starting at $20.00/hour. Enjoy a 4-day workweek! Medical Assemblers work Monday- Thursday, 10 hours/day!

Medical Assemblers produce and assemble components, and assemble medical tables with mechanical skill, exceptional quality, and operate equipment as appropriate. Requires transferable skills and strong aptitude for learning and excellence.
Other duties include:
Ability to learn multiple roles within department(s) and be proficient in the area of medical assembly, parts, and regulations.
Must assemble from Engineering drawing or work instructions and must follow specific WI sequence to build unit(s).
Accurately preassemble working parts, according to specifications.
Ability to follow torque specifications and other tolerances specifications.
Ground testing tables where applicable.
Ability to apply Loctite, lube, caulk, other materials to assembly when needed.
Make sure all electrical / wiring parts are assembled and attached properly.
Troubleshooting skills along with strong mechanical skill to overcome process variables.
Could handle refurbishment of medical devices.
Identify product by labels for correct assembly.
Monitor stock levels and place order requests to warehouse.
Able to read QC devices required for assembly.
Keep lot control of parts inventory.
Verify all tools work properly and gauges within calibration date.
Qualifications:
Education: Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: 2+ years experience in electrical or mechanical assembly preferred. Medical product development or other regulated assembly industry experience is preferred.
• Must be able to demonstrate mechanical ability (Read Drawings, Assemble Electrical & Mechanical Components, and Validate Quality)
• Understanding of traditional manufacturing processes with machining and fabricating experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate and work with multiple departments.
Physical Requirements:
• Ability to sit/walk/stand for extended periods of time on a daily basis
• Ability to lift/reach/bend/stretch in manufacturing environment
• Ability to use a computer for extended periods of time on a daily basis
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis
