Mechanic/Technician Truck Maintenance - What Will You Do?
- Complete general maintenance, repairs, troubleshoot and diagnosis of trucks and equipment.
- Inspect and maintain equipment in good working condition.
- Complete work-orders and maintain accurate and timely records.
- Effectively communicate with teammates on worksite.
- Travel to various job sites and represent NESL with the utmost professionalism.

Requirements - Who We Are Looking For?
- Post-secondary or Career and Technical Center training in mechanics or diesel preferred, or 2 years of experience in lieu of training.
- Minimum of Class C Driver’s Licenses with DOT Med card (willingness to obtain a Class A CDL within first year of employment).
- Class 7 PA state inspection license (or willingness to obtain within first year of employment)
- Able to collaborate and communicate across the business.
- Positive attitude and willingness to grow and learn.
- Team Mindset - "The NESL Way".
- Focus on Safety, Quality, and Accuracy.
- Capable and willingness to travel to job sites within a defined geographic territory.
- Valid driver's license and meets NESL's driving standards.
- High School Graduate/GED.
