Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and mechanically inclined individual to join our team as a Mechanical Technician / Fabrication Specialist. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and collaborating with a team to design, build, and improve systems and components.

The right candidate will be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team. A strong work ethic, sense of urgency, and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

Interpret and work from blueprints, drawings, and schematics
Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and solve mechanical challenges
Assist in the design, fabrication, and assembly of mechanical components
Operate and maintain tools, equipment, and machinery safely and efficiently
Stay productive during downtime by organizing, cleaning, or progressing project tasks
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Follow all safety protocols and company procedures

Qualifications

Required:

Mechanically inclined with basic knowledge of tools (drills, bolts, hand tools, etc.)
Ability to work independently and stay on task
Strong attendance and punctuality
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt
Ability to pass a 5-panel drug test and background check

Preferred (not required):

Experience or exposure in one or more of the following areas:

Millwright work
CNC machining
Welding
Electrical systems
Automotive repair
Aircraft maintenance
