Company Information: A growing fabrication shop in Franklin is hiring a **1st or 2nd ShiftMechanical Technician **to join their expanding team. Company is hiring immediately!

The ideal candidate will

• Be willing to cross-train in multiple areas of the shop and assist with tasks such as deburring, cleaning parts, and other various tasks.
• Working with quality control equipment such as micrometers, calipers, and various gauges
• Reading blueprints

Mechanical Technician's Pay/Benefits:

• $18+/HOUR (based on experience)

Schedule:

Multiple Shifts Available:

1st shift Monday Friday 6am-4pm, Overtime on Saturdays 6am-11am

2nd shift Monday Thursday 3:30pm-2:00am, Overtime on Friday 3pm-9pm

Requirements

• Knowledge of CNC Mazak Mills (preferred)
• Strong quality mindset with experience using precision measuring tools-Micrometers, Calipers, various gauges
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints (preferred)
• Commitment to timeliness, adherence to quality standards, and willingness to learn (required)
• Motivated individual with a desire to grow and develop new skills
