Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.

BAE Systems is looking for a mechanical technician to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment at our Nashua, New Hampshire EWIMC facility Tacair programs. Candidate must be able to adapt to a rapidly changing production factory environment. They need to be able to read and interpret work instructions and mechanical drawings. This position is a great opportunity for someone that wants to learn new skills. Position will be performed full-time on site. Prefer someone with soldering experience and certification.

Required Skills and Education
- High School Diploma
- Solder certified
- Able to read and interpret work instructions and mechanical drawings
- Experience working on complex builds
- Effective communication and teamwork
- Have experience with bonding material
- Have experience with torque setting validations
Preferred Skills and Education
- Computer literacy
- Experienced in electronic mechanical assembly
- Solder Certified with experience to J-STD-001 and Mil. Standard IPC-A-610,
- Ability to communicate well with others
- Experience with Solumina, TipQA, command media, paperless
- Knowledge of soldering with wire, terminal, through hole PCB, and surface mount
Typical Education and Experience
Typically a High School Diploma and 1 year work experience or equivalent experience
