The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $42,000 - $95,000 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
What You Will Do In This Role:
Lead electrical installation crews and subcontractors while maintaining safety, quality, productivity, and schedule commitments.
Plan and coordinate electrical cut-ins, equipment replacements, system upgrades, and retrofit installations in operational facilities.
Evaluate existing electrical infrastructure and develop safe installation sequences that minimize customer downtime.
Coordinate outage windows, startup activities, and commissioning efforts with Project Managers, Controls Engineers, Mechanical Teams, customers, and other trades.
Monitor installation progress, manpower utilization, quality performance, and schedule adherence.
Provide regular project updates regarding site status, manpower, schedule, and performance.
Attend and lead daily site meetings, standups, and project reviews.
Technical Expertise
Read and interpret electrical drawings, one-line diagrams, wiring schematics, panel layouts, PLC I/O drawings, and engineering revisions.
Troubleshoot complex electrical and controls issues during installation, startup, and commissioning activities.
Support Controls Engineering teams with system testing and issue resolution.
Apply expertise in:
Industrial electrical distribution systems
Motor controls
PLC-controlled conveyor systems
Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs)
Motor Control Centers (MCCs)
Safety circuits
Photo eyes and barcode scanners
Remote I/O systems
Automated material handling equipment
Safety & Compliance
Lead site safety initiatives, including BBSO activities, JHAs/JSAs, safety meetings, and audits.
Enforce OSHA, NEC, NFPA 70, NFPA 70E, Arc Flash, and Lockout/Tagout requirements.
Ensure all work is performed by qualified personnel utilizing appropriate PPE.
Maintain jobsite housekeeping and promote a safe working environment.

Ability to walk, climb, crawl, squat, bend, push, and pull throughout active industrial and construction environments.
