Job Description

Role Overview:

Perform technical inspections throughout the aircraft production process to ensure compliance with design, customer, and certification requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct visual, incoming, first article, and final inspections during manufacturing.
• Document inspection results in SAP, SAL, FLEXNET, and related systems; prepare first article reports.
• Support troubleshooting, Functional Test Procedures (FTPs), and Quality Survey requests.
• Record and manage non-conformance data in NCMS; issue quality discrepancy reports.
• Audit Non-Conformance Rework Orders and validate process adherence.
• Track and maintain components during the non-conformance process.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of aviation quality inspection experience (mechanical/structural components).
• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems, drawings, inspection plans, and production processes.
• Skilled in using inspection tools and length-measuring techniques (mechanical, optical, electrical).
