Now Hiring: Project Manager (HVAC/Plumbing)

Location: Fort Worth, TX

Salary: $110K - $140K

A leading, locally owned mechanical services provider is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee large-scale HVAC and plumbing projects. This role is responsible for full project lifecycle management—from preconstruction support through delivery—ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end project execution, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and closeout
• Collaborate with field teams to manage manpower, materials, and project progress
• Oversee submittals, change orders, contracts, and risk management
• Maintain financial performance, including forecasting, billing, and cash flow
• Build strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction
• Support estimating and sales efforts as needed
• Drive safety compliance and team performance across all project phases

What You Bring

• 5+ years of project management experience in construction (HVAC/plumbing preferred)
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, contracts, and building codes
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and multiple stakeholders
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and estimating tools
• PE license or PMP certification is a plus
