| 1 | Design, develop and implement equipment preventive and predictive maintenance plans, which incorporate preventive maintenance measures; | |||
| 2 | Review and manage spare part reservation plan. Utilizing value analysis and reliability modeling, effectively control and improve spare parts inventory and reservation plans;. Ensure spare part availability; | |||
| 3 | Applying methodologies such as FMEA (Failure Modes Effects Analysis) and FRACAS (Failure Reporting Analysis and Corrective Action System), develop engineering solutions to resolve repetitive failures and other problems that adversely affect plant operations; | |||
| 4 | Statistically analyze the life cycle and wear performance of critical spare parts on production and utility equipment; | |||
| 5 | Equipment asset list and maintenance plan management; Responsible for equipment maintenance plan implementation, adjustment, and effectiveness verification. | |||
| 6 | Determine and assess technical criteria to evaluate vendors and suppliers for equipment installations, upgrades and maintenance; | |||

| Job Requirements | Language | Languages spoken commonly in the workplace are English and Mandarin. - Ability to read, understand and comprehend documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Ability to speak effectively and interact with other team members, engineers, leadership and customers. | ||
| Experience | At least 2 years manufacturing experience and /or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred. | |||
| Education | Bachelor’s degree or Graduate Degree in Engineering Major | |||
| Physical Condition | The employee is regularly required to stand for long periods. Duties include turning at the waist, reaching, bending, squatting and lifting up to 50 pounds. Ability to pass static strength requirements (grip) Visual acuity including, but not limited to: a. NEAR ACUITY - Clarity of vision at 20 inches or less. Use this factor when special and minute accuracy is demanded. b. FAR ACUITY - Clarity of vision at 20 feet or more.
