Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Mechanical Maintenance Technician to join our team in Waupaca, WI. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility's machinery and equipment. Responsibilities
- Perform mechanical troubleshooting and repairs on various equipment and machinery.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal performance.
- Implement Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to assist in repairs and maintenance.
- Document maintenance activities and report any issues to management.
- Collaborate with team members to improve maintenance processes and equipment reliability.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in mechanical troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Strong understanding of preventive maintenance practices and inspection techniques.
- Familiarity with Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) safety procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.

AY & SCHEDULE**
- $ 30.09- $45/ hour base pay (depending on experience)
- Time-and-a-half on Saturdays
- Double time on Sundays
- $2.00/hour shift premium for 2nd and 3rd shift
- Overtime availability
