Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Mechanical Maintenance Technician to join our team in Waupaca, WI. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility's machinery and equipment. Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical troubleshooting and repairs on various equipment and machinery.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal performance.
• Implement Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to assist in repairs and maintenance.
• Document maintenance activities and report any issues to management.
• Collaborate with team members to improve maintenance processes and equipment reliability.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in mechanical troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Strong understanding of preventive maintenance practices and inspection techniques.
• Familiarity with Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) safety procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.

AY & SCHEDULE**

• $ 30.09- $45/ hour base pay (depending on experience)
• Time-and-a-half on Saturdays
• Double time on Sundays
• $2.00/hour shift premium for 2nd and 3rd shift
• Overtime availability
