Responsibilities

• Earn $28–$34/HR depending on experience and skill level
• Paid Weekly with benefits offered and consistent full-time hours
• Weekends Off! Monday–Friday daylight schedule, 7 AM–3:30 PM
• Active maintenance shop performing general building and equipment maintenance
• Hands-on mechanical work including cleaning, teardown, rebuild, troubleshooting, machining, and painting
• Perform preventative maintenance and repair on equipment like pumps, motors, and conveyors
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues using diagnostic tools to determine solutions
• Repair and replace parts, and install or upgrade machinery and systems
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical manuals, and schematics
• Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company standards
• Collaborate with technicians, engineers, and other departments to complete projects
• Use a wide range of tools and diagnostic equipment to perform skilled maintenance

Requirements

• 21 years or older
• Mechanical maintenance background required; experience in machinery or facility repair preferred
• Ability to diagnose, repair, and maintain industrial equipment and systems
• Proficient with tools, machinery, and diagnostic equipment
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and manuals
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols
• Physically capable of performing manual labor, lifting, and working in varied conditions
• Basic computer literacy – familiarity with CMMS systems preferred
• Must pass a drug screen, physical, and background check
