Job Description

We are seeking an experiencedMechanical Maintenance Technician with 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on role focused on preventative maintenance, mechanical troubleshooting, equipment rebuilds, and precision mechanical work.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on industrial production equipment.
• Troubleshoot, tear down, rebuild, and repair mechanical equipment.
• Maintain and repair pumps, gearboxes, vacuum pumps, motors, bearings, shafts, and rotating equipment.
• Perform bearing replacement, shaft alignment, component alignment, and precision measurements.
• Troubleshoot issues involving machine timing, gearing, and mechanical systems.
• Complete major equipment rebuilds and extended maintenance projects.
• Work as part of a maintenance team to complete PMs, repairs, and projects.
• Follow all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial mechanical maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong experience with pumps, gearboxes, motors, vacuum pumps, bearings, and rotating equipment.
• Experience with preventative maintenance, equipment rebuilds, mechanical teardowns, and repairs.
• Knowledge of shaft alignment, machine timing, and precision measurements.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
