Schedule: Monday–Friday | 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

We are currently seeking an experienced and dependable Maintenance Technician to join a growing manufacturing team. This position plays a key role in supporting the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of production equipment and facility systems. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting abilities, a proactive mindset, and experience working in fast-paced industrial environments.

Responsibilities

Perform preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility systems
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment issues
Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime
Diagnose problems and implement corrective actions efficiently
Maintain accurate maintenance and repair logs
Utilize CMMS software (eMaint or similar) to track work orders and maintenance activities
Support production teams to ensure equipment uptime and operational efficiency
Follow all company safety procedures and protocols
Assist with additional maintenance duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum of 4 years of industrial maintenance experience
Strong knowledge of motors, gearboxes, bearings, conveyors, and mechanical systems
Experience troubleshooting electrical systems and performing electrical repairs
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints
Experience working with material handling equipment, pneumatic systems, or screw conveyors preferred
Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled and dusty manufacturing environment
Ability to climb ladders, work at heights, and lift up to 50 lbs.
High School Diploma or GED required
Strong communication skills and team-oriented attitude
