Available Shift:  

1st shift: 8:00 am – 4:30 pm, Monday – Friday  

Full-Time Summer 2027 Internship   

At S&C, we are dedicated to providing competitive and equitable compensation for all our team members, and we are committed to transparency in our pay practices. The estimated  per hourly range for this position is $22 - 30 per hour based on experience.    

Competitive Weekly Pay Period   

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following: 

• Ensure the reliability of equipment and processes 

• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance 

• Conduct a variety of failure analyses, including root cause, Weibull, and fault tree analysis 

• Identify risks to business operations and develop corrective actions 

• Contribute to the continual improvement process 

To select this job as one of interest to you, at a minimum, you must have the following:  

• In-progress degree program from an accredited university/college program with a concentration in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Civil Engineering and returning to school full-time at the end of the internship. 

• Able to work Full-Time in Summer 2027 

• Professional experience in manufacturing/production and reliability 

• Data analytics skills 

• Mechanical and electrical aptitude 

• Analytical skills 

• Familiarity with Windows, Excel, Word, AutoCad or other CAD software 

• Excellent communications skills
