We’re working to develop reusable, safe, and low-cost space vehicles and systems within a culture of safety, collaboration, and inclusion. Join our diverse team of problem solvers as we add new chapters to the history of spaceflight!
This role is a part of New Shepard, a reusable suborbital rocket system designed to take astronauts and research payloads past the Kármán line – the internationally recognized boundary of space. Through operational reusability, New Shepard supports our mission of lowering the cost of access to space.
Are you ready to take on the thrilling challenge of providing engineering support for avionics hardware and electrical subsystems of the New Shepard rocket? Join our dynamic, diverse team and be at the forefront of solving technical discrepancies to ensure the success of our missions.

Analysis will include using structural FEA and thermal simulation tools, as well as evaluating fatigue, tolerance stack, and material properties. To be successful in this role, you will need to optimally perform these additional duties: author and review technical documents including drawings, analysis reports, and procedures; conduct and participate in design and readiness reviews; communicate technical information using verbal, written, and presentation formats; plan and conduct engineering validation tests; review and interpret results and data; perform design, material, and component trade studies and risk assessments; and diligently manage priorities and tasks to meet promised dates for deliverables. As a member of a highly collaborative and fast-paced organization, you will engage with personnel from other teams including Electrical, Systems, Manufacturing, Test Engineering, Production, Procurement, and Quality.
