Job Description

One of our manufacturing clientsis seeking a talented and detail-oriented Mechanical Engineerin Fremont, OH location to join their team.

Pay Rate : $80k-$100k

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop mechanical components and systems with a focus on new product development and innovation
• Create, review, and update engineering drawings, specifications, and product documentation
• Drive product development initiatives by identifying design improvements and optimization opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, production, quality, and maintenance to support product lifecycle
• Conduct testing, analysis, and validation to ensure product performance, reliability, and quality
• Troubleshoot design-related issues and implement effective engineering solutions
• Ensure all product designs comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and customer requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (MBA Preferred)
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar)
• Strong understanding of mechanical design principles and manufacturing processes
• Experience with product design and development
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices
• Familiarity with FEA (Finite Element Analysis) tools
