If you’re an early-career engineer who wants to work on real equipment—not just theoretical problems—and is willing to learn quickly and take ownership, this role will feel like a strong fit.
At American Crane & Equipment Corporation (ACECO), we’re looking for engineers who want hands-on exposure to design, manufacturing, and real-world problem solving—not just isolated analysis work.
This is where engineering decisions connect directly to equipment in the field.
You won’t get lost here—your work will be seen, and it will matter.
What This Role Really Is
This is an entry-level, hands-on engineering role—you’ll spend your time supporting design, performing calculations, learning systems, and being accountable for accuracy, responsiveness, and continuous improvement as you develop into a fully independent engineer
Who Thrives Here (and Who Doesn’t)
You’ll do well here if you:
- Are eager to learn and apply engineering concepts in real-world situations
- Take ownership of your work—even while still learning
- Ask questions, seek feedback, and improve quickly
This role is likely not a fit if you:
- Prefer purely theoretical or academic work
- Need constant direction for basic tasks
- Avoid responsibility or accountability early in your career

- Learn ACECO products, systems, and engineering workflows
- Support basic calculations and design tasks with increasing independence
- Build working relationships with Engineers, Designers, and Manufacturing
- Demonstrate reliability, responsiveness, and attention to detail
