What You'll Do

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential appliances, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, ranges, and microwaves.
  • Use electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve equipment issues.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service while explaining repairs and maintenance recommendations.
  • Manage inventory, maintain your company service vehicle, and accurately document completed work.
  • Recommend solutions that help customers maintain and extend the life of their appliances.

What You'll Need

  • Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude with proven troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience working with electrical, mechanical, industrial, automotive, manufacturing, HVAC, or other technical equipment.
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and work in a physically active environment.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
