Job Title: Mechanical Designer (Entry to Mid-Level)

Schedule: Day Shift, Monday–Friday

Job Summary:

We’re looking for a Mechanical Designer to support our team with creating and improving designs for our products. This role is a great fit for someone with a solid mechanical background who enjoys both design work and understanding how things are built. We’re willing to train the right person in our industry and are looking for someone interested in a long-term career.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and update 2D drawings and 3D models
• Assist with design development and product improvements
• Work closely with engineering and production teams
• Support prototyping, testing, and troubleshooting
• Review designs for accuracy, function, and manufacturability
• Maintain organized documentation and revisions

Qualifications:

• Entry to mid-level experience in mechanical design or a related field
• Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of how components function together
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Hands-on experience with fabrication, assembly, or mechanical projects (work or hobby) preferred
• Experience with CAD software (AutoCAD, Inventor, or similar 3D design tools)
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Basic Requirements:

• High school diploma required (Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• Demonstrated OEM equipment design experience (conveyor design preferred)
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Strong work ethic and pride in quality of work
• Experience with AutoCAD
• Experience with Inventor or other 3D design software
• Interest in building a long-term career with a company
