Job Description

FACILITY/GROUP SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assemble and test ESP equipment
• Review work orders and blueprints, calipers and other measuring instruments, records dimensions, and other details on production logs
• Basic math skills required
• Operate overhead crane
• Maintain Artificial Lift 6S program
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Maintain a strong safety culture

• Previous experience in the industry preferred, but not required.
• Good listening skills and a passion to learn.
• High work ethic, dependability, and detail-oriented.
• Strong communication skills.
• Must be a team player.
• Must be open to cross-training opportunities.
• Flexible work hours

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
• Background in industrial machinery assembly preferred
• Must be able to read assembly blueprints in English format
• Forklift and crane skills
• Material handling experience 
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Basic knowledge of lathe operation
• Minimum of 18 years of age
