What You'll Do

As a Mechanical Assembly Technician, you'll play an important role in bringing our innovative training systems to life by:

Assembling mechanical systems, equipment, and training products from engineering specifications
Reading and interpreting blueprints, assembly drawings, and work instructions
Performing quality inspections and testing completed assemblies
Troubleshooting and resolving mechanical issues
Using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments
Maintaining safe, organized work areas
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives

Senior-level technicians may also help train teammates, solve complex assembly challenges, and serve as technical resources for the team.

What You Bring

Level 2

1+ years of mechanical assembly or related hands-on experience
Blueprint reading skills
Experience with hand and power tools
Mechanical troubleshooting ability
Experience using precision measuring tools
High school diploma or equivalent

Level 3

2+ years of mechanical assembly experience
Advanced troubleshooting and blueprint interpretation skills
Ability to independently complete complex assemblies
Proven record of quality workmanship and productivity

Level 4

3+ years of mechanical assembly experience or equivalent expertise
Advanced knowledge of mechanical systems and assembly processes
Ability to diagnose and solve complex mechanical issues
Leadership, mentoring, or training experience
Ability to serve as a technical resource for the team
