Job Title: Mechanical Line Assembly Technician
Location: West Chester, OH 45246
Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday–Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Overview:
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Mechanical Line Assembly Technician to join our production team. In this role, you will assemble mechanical components and products on a production line while following specifications, quality standards, and safety procedures. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble mechanical components, subassemblies, and finished products using hand and power tools
- Follow work instructions, blueprints, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Perform visual and functional inspections to ensure quality standards are met
- Identify and report defects or production issues
- Maintain accurate production and quality records
- Support continuous improvement initiatives (5S, lean manufacturing, waste reduction)
- Work collaboratively with team members, engineers, and quality staff
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
- Meet daily production goals and deadlines
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required (technical training is a plus)
- Previous mechanical assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints or work instructions
- Experience using hand tools, torque tools, and measuring devices
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Basic computer skills for documentation

Physical Requirements:

- Use of hands for fine manipulation and tool operation
Work Environment:
- Manufacturing/production floor setting
- Exposure to machinery, noise, and moving equipment
- Required PPE: safety glasses, gloves, steel-toe boots
You should be proficient in:

- Tape Measure Reading
