Mechanical Assembly Supervisor Opening!

**Primary Role: **Responsible for leading final product assembly operations, ensuring that all components are assembled accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with production schedules.This role focuses exclusively on assembly operations and downstream production, working closely with machining, fabrication, and welding teams to ensure smooth workflow and on-time delivery.

Job Duties:

• Supervise daily assembly operations to meet production and quality targets
• Coordinate staffing, job assignments, and workflow within the assembly area
• Ensure proper materials, tools, and work instructions are available for production
• Monitor efficiency, quality and rework; implement corrective actions
• Train and develop assembly team members
• Partner with upstream departments (machining, fabrication, welding) to maintain flow

Key Qualifications:

• 5+ years of assembly or manufacturing experience
• Prior leadership or lead experience preferred
• Ability to read blurprints and assembly instructions
• Experience in a fast-paced production environment
