Pay: $20-$21 per hour

1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM

2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday, 2:00 PM-12:30 AM

Champion Personnel is hiring Mechanical Assembly and Material Handling Associates for our client in Streetsboro who is a leader in the design and manufacturing of power distribution equipment. As a Mechanical Assembly and Material Handling Associate, you'll assemble electrical equipment and mechanical components while supporting production by moving materials throughout the facility. You'll use hand and power tools, follow blueprints and work instructions, prepare parts for assembly, maintain inventory, and ensure materials are available where they're needed to keep production moving efficiently.

Qualified candidates should have previous manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, or material handling experience. Experience using hand and power tools, reading measuring devices, or working from blueprints is a plus. Candidates should be comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds, working on their feet throughout the shift, and working safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Requirements include the ability to pass a 10-panel drug screen and 7-year criminal background check. Steel-toe boots are required.
