Mechanical Assembler & Repair Tech

1st Shift | $20.00 - $26.00 per Hour

We are seeking a dependable Mechanical Assembler to join our growing team. This position focuses on the assembly, installation, and inspection of trailer components. While trailer experience is helpful, candidates with strong mechanical assembly, manufacturing, automotive, equipment, or industrial assembly backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assemble trailer components using hand and power tools
• Install axles, brakes, suspension systems, wiring, lighting, and other mechanical components
• Read and follow blueprints, work instructions, and assembly drawings
• Perform inspections to ensure quality and proper fitment
• Troubleshoot and correct assembly issues as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow all company safety and quality standards

Qualifications

• Previous mechanical assembly, manufacturing, automotive, maintenance, or trailer experience preferred
• Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, or assembly instructions
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a production environment
• Reliable attendance and positive attitude
