Job Description

We are seeking skilled, detail-oriented Assemblers with a minimum of 2 years of manufacturing or mechanical assembly experience to join our growing team. This role requires proficiency with power tools, the ability to read technical instructions, and a high level of precision.

Available Shifts & Compensation

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM |
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM |
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM |

Primary Responsibilities

• Assemble small mechanical components using pneumatic tools, power tools, and torque wrenches.
• Read and interpret work instructions, production orders, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and quality plans.
• Utilize measuring equipment to ensure all finished products meet strict quality standards.
• Retrieve necessary components and verify order counts for accuracy.
• Package and label finished products for shipment.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: At least 2 years of professional experience in mechanical assembly or a similar manufacturing environment.
• Technical Skills: Proven experience using power tools and precision measurement devices.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to follow complex technical drawings and maintain high accuracy in a fast-paced setting.
• Reliability: Consistent attendance and a strong work ethic are essential.
