Now Hiring Mechanical Assemblers – Multiple Shifts!
We are looking for reliable and detail-oriented Mechanical Assemblers to join our team on both 1st and 2nd shifts. This role involves working with large subassemblies and components in a manufacturing environment. If you’re comfortable using hand and power tools and enjoy building things, this is a great opportunity to grow your skills.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Assemble large mechanical components and subassemblies
- Use a variety of hand and power tools (drills, impact guns, wrenches, etc.)
- Follow blueprints, work instructions, and assembly diagrams
- Ensure all parts are assembled accurately and meet quality standards
- Assist with moving and positioning large parts and materials
- Perform basic inspections to ensure proper fit and function
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
What We’re Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED (required)
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to read a tape measure and basic blueprints (preferred)
- Comfortable working with large parts and assemblies
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and teamwork mindset
You should be proficient in:
- Pneumatics Experience
- Mechanical Assembly Skills
- Shop Math Skills
- Blueprint Reading
