Now Hiring Mechanical Assemblers – Multiple Shifts!

We are looking for reliable and detail-oriented Mechanical Assemblers to join our team on both 1st and 2nd shifts. This role involves working with large subassemblies and components in a manufacturing environment. If you’re comfortable using hand and power tools and enjoy building things, this is a great opportunity to grow your skills.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assemble large mechanical components and subassemblies
• Use a variety of hand and power tools (drills, impact guns, wrenches, etc.)
• Follow blueprints, work instructions, and assembly diagrams
• Ensure all parts are assembled accurately and meet quality standards
• Assist with moving and positioning large parts and materials
• Perform basic inspections to ensure proper fit and function
• Maintain a clean and safe work area

What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED (required)
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to follow instructions
• Ability to read a tape measure and basic blueprints (preferred)
• Comfortable working with large parts and assemblies
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork mindset

• Pneumatics Experience
• Mechanical Assembly Skills
• Shop Math Skills
• Blueprint Reading
