Job Description

Micro Tech Staffing Group is hiring a Mechanical Assembler for a growing manufacturing company in the Raleigh area. We're looking for someone with strong hand and power tool experience who takes pride in building quality products. If you also have electrical assembly or wiring experience, that's a major plus!

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical components and subassemblies using hand and power tools.
• Read and follow work instructions, blueprints, and assembly drawings.
• Install hardware, brackets, fittings, and other mechanical components.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
• Assist with basic electrical assembly, wiring, and cable routing when needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Work closely with team members to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of mechanical assembly experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient with hand and power tools.
• Ability to read blueprints, diagrams, or assembly instructions.
• Electrical assembly, wire harness, or panel wiring experience is a major plus.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• High school diploma or GED
