Job Details:

Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with overtime on Fridays as needed.

Shift: 5am to 3:30pm – 10hr shift schedule

Pay: $20.00 to $22.50 per hour, based on experience.

Client offers a yearly bonus to all production employees once hired directly which can exceed $6,000 per year for an assembler.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble components using hand and power tools, such as wrenches, sockets, and screwdrivers
• Follow blueprints and shop drawings accurately to ensure quality assembly
• Work efficiently and consistently in a fast-paced production environment
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Follow safety protocols and quality standards at all times
• Complete assembly tasks within set timeframes to meet production goals

Qualifications:

• Prior manufacturing or mechanical assembly experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work from prints
• Comfortable using hand and small power tools
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Valid driver’s license and clean background check required
• Experience in assembling similar products or working in a repetitive task environment preferred
