We are currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Mechanical Assembler to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience using hand and power tools to assemble mechanical components and equipment in a manufacturing environment. Candidates must be able to read basic instructions, follow safety procedures, and work efficiently in a team setting.
Responsibilities
- Assemble mechanical parts and components using hand and power tools
- Read and follow blueprints, work instructions, and assembly drawings
- Perform mechanical assembly of metal and fabricated parts
- Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality standards are met
- Use measuring tools and equipment as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Assist with other production duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous mechanical assembly experience preferred
- Experience using hand and power tools required
- Ability to read tape measures and basic assembly drawings
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Good attendance and reliability
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
Schedule
- Full-time
- Multiple shifts may be available
- Overtime available as needed
