JOB SUMMARY Assemble parts, and position, align and fasten units to assembles, sub-assemblies, or units by using a variety of tools and equipment. |
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES - Read, interpret, and follow assembly drawings, diagrams, and schematics to determine component parts and assembly sequence.
- Operate equipment or use hand tools to position, align and adjust parts for proper fits and assembly.
- Test assembled part to ensure functionality.
- Identify and report any faulty components or hazardous conditions during the assembly process.
- Troubleshoot and make necessary repairs and corrections to meet specifications.
- Ensure all work performed is in a quality minded, tidy & accurate manner.
- Prepare all surfaces and components as necessary to ensure no damage occurs during assembly and testing.
- Adhere to all Company policies
- Follow all applicable company and corporate polies, guiding principles, procedures, and programs, including but not limited to quality, health, safety, and environmental requirements.
- Attend work per work schedule.
- Possess all tools required for the position within 90 days of employment.
- Perform other work-related tasks as assigned.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS - High School Diploma or Equivalent (preferred)
- 0-5+ years related experience or demonstrated competency in a related field
- Basic reading, writing and math skills (required)
- Familiarity with standard power and hand tools
- Manufacturing or experience working with large equipment (preferred)
