Malone Workforce Solutions is looking for reliable and experienced candidates for Mechanical & Electronic Assembler positions in Aurora, IL. If you have consistent manufacturing experience and a strong work ethic, we want to hear from you! These are temp-to-hire positions with immediate openings.

Position Details:

• Pay: $17.00 – $18.00 per hour (based on experience)

• Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday – Friday | 7:00am – 3:00pm

• Location: Aurora, IL

Job Responsibilities:

• Assemble electronic components based on schematics or sample units

• Perform functional testing and troubleshooting of electronic assemblies

• Assist in developing repair procedures and train team members on repairs

• Support additional mechanical assembly tasks using hand and power tools

• Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs. as needed

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience working with electronic components and assemblies

• Ability to read and interpret technical schematics

• Basic knowledge of metal fabrication is a plus

• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a bonus, but not required
