Job Description

We are currently seeking a dependable and mechanically inclined Assembler with hands-on mechanic experience to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with tools, troubleshooting mechanical components, and building quality assemblies in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical components, equipment, and subassemblies using hand and power tools
• Read and follow blueprints, work instructions, and assembly drawings
• Perform mechanical adjustments, alignments, and basic troubleshooting
• Install and fit parts including motors, pumps, bearings, hoses, brackets, and hardware
• Inspect completed assemblies for quality and accuracy
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Work closely with production and engineering teams to meet production goals

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a mechanic, mechanical assembler, maintenance technician, or similar mechanical role
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment
• Ability to read blueprints or mechanical drawings preferred
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required
• High School Diploma or GED required
