We are currently seeking a dependable and mechanically inclined Assembler with hands-on mechanic experience to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with tools, troubleshooting mechanical components, and building quality assemblies in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Assemble mechanical components, equipment, and subassemblies using hand and power tools
- Read and follow blueprints, work instructions, and assembly drawings
- Perform mechanical adjustments, alignments, and basic troubleshooting
- Install and fit parts including motors, pumps, bearings, hoses, brackets, and hardware
- Inspect completed assemblies for quality and accuracy
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Work closely with production and engineering teams to meet production goals
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a mechanic, mechanical assembler, maintenance technician, or similar mechanical role
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment
- Ability to read blueprints or mechanical drawings preferred
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required
- High School Diploma or GED required
