Position Summary:MUST BE LOCAL TO DENVER METROThe Analyst, Master Data Management (MDM) is responsible for supporting the integrity, accuracy, and usability of enterprise master data across customer, supplier, item, and related business domains. This role partners with Sales, Purchasing, Operations, Finance, IT, Pricing, and other business teams to support reporting, data quality, process improvement, and master data initiatives.
The Analyst, MDM leverages data analysis and reporting to identify trends, resolve data discrepancies, support business decision-making, and drive continuous improvement. This position serves as a key resource for gathering, validating, and analyzing data while helping ensure master data processes are accurate, efficient, and scalable.
Major Responsibilities: - Develop, maintain, and execute reporting and analyses that support enterprise master data initiatives.
- Analyze customer, supplier, item, and other master data to identify trends, discrepancies, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Identify and implement automation opportunities using reporting, workflow, and analytics tools to improve efficiency and data quality.
- Support reporting needs through standard and ad-hoc reporting and deliver actionable insights to business stakeholders.
- Monitor and investigate data quality issues and partner with stakeholders to identify root causes and support resolution.
- Gather, validate, and reconcile data from multiple systems and business partners to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Identify opportunities to improve master data processes, reporting capabilities, and operational efficiency.
- Support master data activities related to system conversions, integrations, and other business initiatives.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and business requirements.
- Collaborate with Sales, Purchasing, Operations, Pricing, Finance, IT, and other teams to support business objectives and resolve data-related issues.
- Support data governance initiatives including data standards, stewardship practices, business rules, and master data controls.
- Build strong working relationships across the organization while providing a high level of customer service and support.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
• 2–5 years of experience in master data management, business analytics, reporting, operations, or a related analytical role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret large data sets and draw sound business conclusions
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, PivotTables, and lookups
• Experience gathering, validating, and analyzing data from multiple sources
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Collaborative team player with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field
• Experience within the foodservice, distribution, wholesale, or supply chain industry
• Knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM) and data governance principles and practices
• Experience with reporting and business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power Query and Power Automate, to support data transformation, workflow automation, and process improvement.
• Working knowledge of SQL, relational databases, and database query tools
• Experience supporting data conversions, system integrations, or enterprise data initiatives
