The Specialty Materials and Integration team in Mesa, Arizona is seeking a Materials, Process and Physics Technical Analyst (Associate, Mid-Level or Senior) who will support multiple franchise and development programs.
This group is responsible for providing M&P support to Boeing Defense Systems development programs. We are also responsible for leading materials development efforts as well as identifying, developing, and transitioning specialty materials and technologies to platforms within Boeing Defense Systems.

Position Responsibilities:
Operation of laboratory and manufacturing equipment, such as ovens, printing presses, machining tools, and environmental chambers
Support innovation of products and processes by participating in the design, fabrication and testing of new concepts and technology
Collaborate as part of a multi-disciplined integrated product team, working alongside other skilled technicians, engineers, and support staff
Participate in the evaluation and qualification of materials, suppliers, equipment, technology and processes to ensure that conformance and producibility requirements are met
Participate in test development, assist in routine analysis of failed parts and processes, and generate data to aid in the evaluation of the failure mechanisms and document findings
Assists in developing and revising documents and technical requirements
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
1+ years experience reading, understanding and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications (e.g., blueprint/schematic reading, specification, change, design)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Associates Degree or higher
1+ years experience with composites fabrication
3+ years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
5+ years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Basic machining experience (i.e. sawing, milling, and turning)
1+ years experience painting or coatings application
1+ years experience with printed electronics manufacturing processes and equipment
Experience with Boeing material and process specifications
Active U.S. Security Clearance

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range for associate (level 2): $52,700 - $71,300
Summary pay range for mid-level (level 3): $61,200 - $82,800
Summary pay range for senior (level 4): $73,100 - $98,900
