Materials & Planning Specialist

Location: Boulder, CO

Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8-hour shifts

Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Materials & Planning professional to support production planning, material availability, and inventory management. This role involves coordinating supply plans, monitoring inventory levels, and helping ensure manufacturing operations have the materials needed to meet production schedules and customer demand.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop production and supply plans based on forecasts, material availability, and manufacturing capacity.

• Monitor inventory levels to identify material shortages, excess inventory, and supply risks.

• Maintain planning parameters in ERP/MRP systems to support efficient production and raw material planning.

• Coordinate material availability for manufacturing based on planned production schedules.

• Support the shipment of finished goods to distribution centers.

• Help maintain appropriate inventory levels and meet customer delivery requirements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Required Skills

• Materials Planning & Inventory Management: Experience monitoring inventory, responding to demand, and identifying shortages or excess materials.

• ERP/MRP Systems: Experience using systems such as SAP for materials and inventory planning.

• Customer Focus & Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Work Requirements

• 100% onsite in Boulder, Colorado.

• Monday–Friday schedule, with 8-hour shifts.
