Schedule: Monday – Friday: 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Saturday: 6:00 AM – 11:00 AM (as needed)

Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Materials Kitting Associate to support production operations by ensuring manufacturing teams have the materials and components they need to maintain production schedules.
This position is responsible for proactively monitoring production areas, replenishing parts bins, performing inventory counts, staging materials, and supporting material flow throughout the facility. The ideal candidate enjoys staying active throughout the day, has strong attention to detail, and can work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
What Your Day Will Look Like
- Perform proactive floor walks throughout the production facility to monitor inventory levels.
- Refill production bins and workstations to ensure seat builders and production personnel have the materials needed to maintain workflow.
- Conduct manual inventory counts and verify material quantities.
- Maintain proper inventory levels at production workstations.
- Enter part numbers, inventory transactions, and material movement information into the company computer system.
- Assist with material replenishment and inventory organization.
- Move materials throughout the facility as needed.
- Operate a stand-up hi-lo/forklift when required (training and certification provided).
- Communicate inventory shortages or discrepancies to supervisors.
- Support shipping, receiving, and inventory activities as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Qualifications
Required
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous manufacturing, warehouse, inventory, or material handling experience preferred.
- Basic computer skills and data entry ability.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Preferred
- Inventory control experience.
- Warehouse or kitting experience.
- Forklift or hi-lo experience.
- Experience working with production materials and manufacturing inventory systems.
- Experience performing cycle counts or inventory audits.

Physical Requirements
- Frequent standing and walking throughout the shift.
