Job Overview:

Job Details:

Schedule - Monday - Friday with possible Saturday's

Hours - 4:00 pm - 1:00 am

Pay - 23.45/Hr.

Job Description:

  • Responsible for setting up equipment in preparation for startup.
  • Responsible for keeping Douglas department with supplies needed to run production and keep finished product moved out, while also being able to adhere to good safety practices, food safety policies, and company policies.
  • Monitor production area for trash and debris on floor.
  • Must be willing and able to read SKU numbers, order numbers, box numbers, weights, GTIN labels, and barcodes, also write the information on product check sheets to ensure accuracy of the customers’ specifications.
  • Must be willing and able to read the schedule of products to be processed and compare the information to the current product being ran and write the information on the product check sheet.
  • Familiar with the safe operation of production line conveyor equipment.

  • Perform various other tasks as assigned by Lead person, Supervisor or Superintendent. Must be able to work in temperatures less than or equal to 35 degrees Fahrenheit temperature for minimum of 8 hours.
  • Must be willing to pinch/grip product and place into specified location.
  • Must be able to perform the following task for periods of time on concrete floor, some of which may include but is not limited to bending, twisting, reaching, standing, stooping, walking, climbing, and lifting. 1 person required for tub weighing 0 - 49 lb.; 2 people required for 50 - 100 lb. tub; Promotes safe lifting practices & employee safety.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with company employees and all levels of management.
  • Must have 6 months of continuous employment in the last 18 months. Preferred candidates will have at least 6 months of relevant machine operator, warehouse, agricultural or production experience.
